Obituary for Michelle P. Polchik
Michelle P. Polchik, 55 years, of Catasauqua, died Thursday, February 02, 2017 at the Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. She was the daughter of Albert and Barbara (Oleschak) Polchik.
Michelle was a member of St. John Fisher Church in Catasauqua. She was a lifelong resident of Catasauqua and a 1981 Catasauqua High School graduate. Her family was most important to her and she enjoyed spending time with her nephews and niece .
Surviving along with her parents are her sisters Theresa Polchik, and Barbara Correll and husband Thomas; her nephews Sean Michael and Tyler Matthew and her niece Taryn Patrice. She was predeceased by her brother Bernard Polchik.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made in her name payable to St. John the Fisher Church in care of Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 234 Walnut St. Catasauqua, 18032.
