Obituaries
She was employed by the former Western Electric as a utility operator for 32 years before retiring in 1985, and was also a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. She was of the Catholic faith.
Alice enjoyed crafts and was exceptionally talented in cross stitching.
Alice will be remembered lovingly by her sister-in-law Stella Bodisch of Northampton and by her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers Walter, Richard, Arnold, Alfred and Francis and sisters Florence Sawicki and Elsie Ivankovits.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am on Saturday May 27th, 2017 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church 4 S. 5th St. Coplay, PA 18037. A viewing will be held from 8:30-9:30am on Saturday at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 327 Chestnut St. Coplay, PA, 18037, formerly Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the church elevator fund.
