Obituary for Anna M. Unangst
Anna M. Unangst, 92, of Whitehall died Friday April 7, 2006 in her son’s residence of Lehigh Twsp. She was the widow of George T. Unangst who passed away in 1997. Born in Mifflintown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Martin Luther and Mary (Leach) Shotzberger Worthington. She was known in her neighborhood as Aunt Anna. Anna belonged to the Asbury United Methodist Church, Allentown where she was a member of the United Methodist Women. Anna is survived by two sons; George M. Unangst of Danielsville and David L. Unangst from Catasauqua. She had 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Services will be held at 8:00 pm Monday, April 10, 2006 at the John H. Brubaker Funeral Home, 234 Walnut Street in Catasauqua. Call from 7:00-8:00 pm at the funeral home prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her name to Asbury United Methodist Church 1533 Springhouse Road, Allentown, PA 18103.
