Obituary for Arnold W Peiffer
Arnold W. Peiffer, 90, of Bethlehem, died Friday December 1, 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospice House with his family by his side. Born in Schoenersville, he was a son of the late Walter F and Helen (Fatzinger) Peiffer. Arnold was the husband of the late Mary E (Klingman) Peiffer and shared 61 years of marriage together before her passing in 2017.
Arnold was a graduate of Catasauqua High School and served in the Army during the Korean War. He was a carpenter by trade, and worked for many years alongside his son, Dennis, at Kitchens By Design. Arnold loved gardening and was known for his green thumb.
Above all Arnold love his family and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Surviving are his sons Dennis Peiffer and wife Lynne; Gary Peiffer and wife Terry; daughter Janice Peiffer; grandchildren Jason and Carrie; seven great-grandchildren and a nephew Clark Peters, Jr. He was preceded in death by a grandson Brandon and sister Marion Peters.
A calling period will be held at 12-1pm Monday December 18, 2023 at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Walnut St. Catasauqua, PA 18032. Memorial Service to follow at 1pm Monday in the funeral home. Interment to follow at Schoenersville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. www.stjude.org.
