Bernadette G. Schadl, 69, of Whitehall, passed away December 14,2014 at home. She was married to Alfred E.'Fritz'Schadl for 26 years. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Joseph F. Kennedy and the late Mary (Polumbo)Kennedy Snyder. She was a housekeeper and cook for St. John the Baptist Rectory, Whitehall for 17 years. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Whitehall. Survivors: Husband, sons, John Remer and his wife Toni of Whitehall, Robert Remer and companion, Holly of Saylorsburg; daughter, Jill wife of Timothy Strella of Coplay; grandchildren, Kelly, Robert, Nicole Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 18, 2014, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Whitehall, preceded by a viewing from 8:30-10:00 a.m. Thursday, Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay PA 18037. Interment, St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Whitehall. Contributions: St. John the Baptist Church or Lehigh Valley Hospice both c/o the funeral home.
