Obituaries
Bernard was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Allentown and grew up attending St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Catasauqua. After 35 years he retired from General Electric and then worked for Lehigh County Chore Service. He was an Army Veteran and a 1956 graduate of Central Catholic High School.
He enjoyed sitting in his man cave watching all his favorite Philly sports teams. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Surviving along with his wife are his sons, Thomas J. and his wife Kathleen of Northampton, and Timothy D. and his wife Maria of Macungie; grandchildren Shane & Drew. He was
preceded in death by his sisters Frances Mai, Dorothy Arthur and Marcella Motsko.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Thursday, September 21st, 2017 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 120 W. Union, Catasauqua, PA 18032. His viewing will be from 9:30-11am Thursday at the church. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Catasauqua. Memorial contributions can be made to Lehigh Valley Hospital Hospice 17th and Chew Sts. Allentown, PA 18104
