Obituary for Berneda L. Mink
Berneda L. (Feller) Mink, 96, of North Catasauqua, died Monday July 23th, 2012 at the Phoebe Home in Allentown. She was married to the late Allen L. Mink. Born in Dotters Corner, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Catherine (Meckes) Feller. Berneda was a long time member of St. John’s U.C.C.- Mickley’s. She was a cook at the Phoebe Home for 25 years before retiring. Survivors include her daughters Margaret, wife of Earl Reichard of Lehighton. Dorothy, wife of Henry Wolfe of Slatington and Loretta, wife of Franklin Rohr of Macungie and Jeanette Makovsky of Allentown. Sons Allen Jr. and his wife Linda of Northampton and Peter and his wife Sandy of Coplay. 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by daughter Rosemary Snyder, 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Memorial services will be held 11:00am, Friday July 27th, 2012 at the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Walnut Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032. Calling hours will be held 10:00am-11:00am at the funeral home on Friday prior to the service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name and sent to the Phoebe Home, 1925 Turner Street, Allentown, PA 18104 or St. John’s U.C.C.- Mickley’s, 2918 MacArthur Road, Whitehall, PA 18052.
