Obituary for Carl Schmall
Carl Schmall, 79, of Coplay, passed away January 10, 2015 in St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. He was married to Barbara A. (Taniser) Schmall for 58 years. Born in Northampton, he was the son of the late Charles J. and Anna (Pontician) Schmall. A 1953 graduate of Coplay High School, Carl was a sales representative for several Lehigh Vallley Industrial Distributors. He was a board of governor emeritus for the American Club of Coplay and a former member of the Coplay Lions Club. Survivors: Wife, Children, Carl S. Schmall and wife Michele of Whitehall; Jeffery Small and wife Kim of Northampton, Alan Schmall and wife Christine of Northampton, Karen Peters, at home; Debra wife of Dale Knecht of Northampton; 11 grandchildren, a great-granddaughter; brother, Denis Schmall; sister, Judy Ketterer, Sandra Schrampf. Services: 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 15, 2015, Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay, preceded by a viewing from 9-11:00 a.m. The Rev. Bazyl Zawierucha, officiating.
