Obituary for Carolyn M Rumpf
Carolyn M. Rumpf, 79 years, of Whitehall, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 9th, 2018 at Renaissance Senior Living, Northampton. She was the wife of the late Richard D. Rumpf. Born in W. Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late George E. and Mildred (Lamm) Bagenstose.
Carolyn was a member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church in Whitehall. She was employed as an Instrument Tech at Reading Hospital for 32 years before retiring in 2001. She enjoyed quilting.
Survivors include sons Donald Prince Jr. and his wife Marianne of Whitehall, Robert Prince and his wife Kathy of Lancaster, Curtis Prince of Birdsboro, and Steven Prince and his wife Cathy of Birdsboro, a daughter Susan, wife of Todd Swartz of Birdsboro, 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and one due in June.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10am on Saturday March 17th, 2018 at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church 3355 MacArthur Rd. Whitehall, PA 18052. There will be a calling period from 9-10am Saturday at the church. Brubaker Funeral Home Inc. 327 Chestnut St., Coplay, PA 18037, formerly Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans c/o the funeral home.
