Obituary for Christopher "Chris" C. Knight

Chris C. Knight, 49, of Whitehall, died, with his family by his side, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer Monday June 12, 2023 at Lehigh Valley Hospice in Allentown.


 He was the husband of Tina A. (Hottenstein) Knight and celebrated 28 years of marriage together this past May. Born in Towcester, England, he is a son of Donald Knight and Elizabeth Lloyd.


Chris was an instructor at Northampton Community College where he taught 3-D Animation. He also received an Associate’s Degree from Northampton Community College. Previously he was employed at the Empire Education Group in Pottsville. Chris handled their multi-media and marketing needs as well as their social media presence. He also owned and operated Knight3D, a 3-D animation and videography business for many years.


Chris was a talented musician. He enjoyed playing keyboards, synthesizers and guitar and had a passion for making and recording electronic music. Chris was an avid Star Wars and Star Trek fan. Above all he was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.


Surviving along with his wife and parents is his daughter Heather C. Knight and Timmy Lesko, son Derek J. Knight, '2nd daughter’ Emma M. Fink, brother Conrad Knight, sisters Donna Winget and her husband Steve and Tamara Fritz, grandson Emerson L. Lesko and one nephew.
