Obituary for Colleen J. Kern
Colleen Pascoe Kern of Catasauqua died May 23, 2024 at Cedarbrook Fountain Hill in Bethlehem. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Evelyn (Hoch) Pascoe.
She was the wife of LeRoy A. Kern with whom she was married to for 46 years prior to his passing in April of 2002.
Colleen was a graduate of Catasauqua High School. She worked for many years for Western Electric in Allentown. Later she worked in transport for Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg and as a receptionist at Atria Assisted Living before retiring.
Colleen loved bingo and family picnics. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Colleen is survived by daughters, Jodi Freyman and husband Michael, Tara Drayer and husband Roger, sons Tod Kern and Troy Kern and wife Michelle; sister Janice Kern, brothers Jack Pascoe and wife Sharon, Dennis Pascoe and wife Brenda, Sister in law Constance Matla; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
