Dennis L Fetter, 75, died with his loving family by his side after a brief battle with cancer Saturday December 2, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospice in Allentown. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Gerald L Sr., and Gloria (Kemmerer) Fetter. He was the husband of Katherine E. (Koren) Fetter and celebrated 46 years of marriage together this past July.
Dennis attended The Ohio State University and graduated from DeSales University with a degree in Accounting. Dennis was a Vietnam Veteran serving his country in the Air Force. He retired as a Supervisor from the print department of PPL with over 36 years of service. Most recently he was a shuttle driver for the Lehigh Valley Health Network. Dennis was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed deer hunting, bass fishing tournaments, golfing, and salmon fishing trips to Canada. He was also a dedicated Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
Above all he was a family man and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Surviving along with his wife Kathy, are his daughter Stacy Crandall and husband Andrew; son Christopher Fetter and wife Amber; brothers Richard Fetter, Jerry Fetter and wife Lisa, grandchildren Mackenzie and Riley Crandall, Kaydence and Mia Fetter and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Gary Fetter.
His viewing will be from 9:30-11am, Wednesday December 6, 2023 at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., 327 Chestnut St, Coplay, PA 18037. Funeral services will be officiated by Rev. Tim Boyer at 11am Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the March of Dimes at www.marchofdimes.org.
