Diane L. Farkas, 82, of Allentown, passed away peacefully at St. Luke’s Hospice on September 15, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Helen (Kleinschuster) Fenstermaker.
She was the wife of the late Karl R. Farkas with whom she shared 53 years of marriage prior to his passing in 2018.
She was a graduate of Allentown High School. She was a Cashier at ShopRite.
She was a longtime member of Promised Land Ladies Association. She enjoyed traveling with family and friends, crafting and bingo. She loved her dogs and above all, loved her family the most. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her daughter Roxanne Dorward and husband Benjamin, son Christopher P. Farkas and wife Lorraine, brother William Fenstermaker, sister Jewel Fenstermaker; grandchildren Sean, Ashley and husband Joshua, Stephanie and husband C.J.; great grandchildren Austin, Kadyn, Kolton and Nolan.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
