Obituary for Donald W. Muehlberger, Sr.
Donald W. “Muley” Muehlberger Sr., 77years of Northampton formerly of Allentown died Saturday July 6, 2013 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg campus, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Mantz) Muehlberger having celebrated 52 years of marriage in February of 2013. Born in Allentown he was the son of the late Thomas W. and Marcella M. (Wetherhold) Muehlberger. Donald was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church of Catasauqua and a U.S. Army veteran. He had worked as a truck driver for the former Branch Motor Express and the former Schaeffer Brewery. Surviving with his wife Pat is his son Donald W. Muehlberger Jr., his daughter Marcyann wife of Craig Hower, step son Luke Wilson, 3 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 1 step great grandson and 2 nieces. He was preceded in death by his brother Frederick. Services will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his name payable to the American Heart Assn. 212 E. Broad Street Bethlehem, Pa. 18018.
