Obituary for Doris M. Santana
Doris M. Santana, 83 years, of North Catasauqua, died Tuesday August 14th, 2018 at Gracedale Nursing Home in Nazareth. She was the wife of the late Gregory C. Santana Sr. Born in Catasauqua, she was daughter of the late Paul and Mabel (Keller) Hontz.
Doris enjoyed her grandchildren, playing card games, cooking and entertaining family and friends at her home. Most recently she worked as a cleaning lady for various area businesses. Prior to this she worked as a garment worker for a variety of places in the Lehigh Valley.
Surviving are her son Gregory C. Jr. and wife Gloria E., daughters Lisa A. Nicholas and husband Kyle L., and Evangelista Marte and husband Domingo; 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sons Michael P. Rockel and Jeffrey A. Santana, 1 brother and 2 sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Friday August 17th, 2018 at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 234 Walnut St. Catasauqua, PA 18032. There will be a calling period from 10-11am Friday at the funeral home.
