Obituary for Dorothy M. Salter
Dorothy M. Salter, 88, formerly of Coplay, passed away February 12, 2016, at Whitehall Manor. She was married to the late Burt A. Salter Jr. Born in Whitehall, she was the daughter of the late Arnold E. and Anna (Keshel) Theiss. She was a sales clerk for the former Stanley Peters Office Supply, Whitehall. An active member of Trinity UCC, Coplay, she served on its choir and consistory. Survivors: Keith T. Salter and wife, Sharon of Lebanon, daughter, Deborah wife of Lester Race of Easton; 3 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, Robert Theiss, Charles Theiss and a sister, Margaretta Lentz. Services: Viewing from 9-10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 20, 2016, Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay with a service at 10:00 a.m., with the Pastor Veronica Caciolo, officiating. Interment, Coplay Cemetery. Contributions: In lieu of flowers to Trinity UCC Church c/o the funeral home 18037.
