Obituary for E. Elsie Schuster
E. Elsie Schuster, 86 years, of Whitehall Manor died Tuesday March 7, 2017 in Whitehall. She was the widow of the late Robert “Lardy” Schuster. Born in Coplay she was the daughter of the late George and Stella Hirschman.
She is a longtime member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Catasauqua.
Surviving are sons Robert G. and his wife Tamara Schuster , Eric J. and his wife Jennifer Schuster, daughter Glenda H. Meldrum and Amy, wife of Tony Bieak, sisters Marie Pany and Helen Garger. Elsie has 6 grandchildren Jennilyn, Rebecca, Zachary, Jacob, Amelia and Eva and two great grandchildren Ethan and Jacob. She was preceded in death by a daughter Jeanette M. Harrigle.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Whitehall Manor and Lehigh Valley Hospice for all their kindness and genuine care given to their mother.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday March 10th, 2017 in St. Mary’s Catholic Church 122 Union Street Catasauqua, Pa. 18032. Call 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm Friday in the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 327 CHESTNUT STREET COPLAY, PA. 18037, formerly Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made in her name payable to the church.
