Edward H. Remaly, Sr., 90, of Coplay, died December 26, in the Inpatient Hospice Unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. He was married to Christine D. (Malanitch)Remaly. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Arthur and Catherine Remaly. A WWII marine veteran, he was the recipient of 2 Purple Hearts. He was a crane operator for the former Bethlehem Steel Corporation. He was a member of the Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena, Allentown, Survivors: In addition to his wife, son, Edward Jr., of Coplay, daughters, Diane wife of Charles Muffley of Bath, Linda wife of Charles Heffentrayer of Northampton; 6 grandchildren; brothers, Robert of Allentown, James of Bethlehem; sisters Janet Baker of Virginia, Elizabeth Stevens of Hersheyl Dorothea Salter of Allentown. Services: 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 30, Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay. Friends and family may call 9-10:00 a.m. Monday in the funeral home. Interment, Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery, Northampton.
