SERVICES FOR EDWARD WILL TAKE PLACE AS SCHEDULED FOR TODAY Edward Shegami Leggett, 66, of Catasauqua, died March 2, 2015, at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg. He was the husband of Sherri (Soldrich) Leggett. Born in Kyoto, Japan, he was the son of Shizuko K. (Kurauchi) Leggett of Catasauqua and the late Gerald A. Leggett. Edward owned and operated Hair Today, first in Allentown, and later Whitehall, for over 30 years. He trained at Vidal Sassoon Academy and did hair events for British stylist Trevor Sorbie. Edward had a great love of music and happily recalled riding his motorcycle to Woodstock in 1969. He was an avid golfer and proud of shooting two holes-in-one. His great sense of humor and encyclopedia-like mind will be greatly missed by his wife and their daughters, Cassidy and Natalie, whom he loved dearly. He is survived by his wife Sherri; daughters Cassidy and Natalie, mother Shizuko Leggett; sister Betty Oswalt, sister Karen Fioriglio and her husband Patrick; sister Linda Gross and her husband Rudy; brother Michael Leggett; brother David Leggett and wife Carrie; and many nieces and nephews.
