Obituary for Elizabeth L. Strongowski
Elizabeth L. Strongowski, 93 years of Whitehall died Friday, February 17, 2017 at the Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest. Born in Cementon she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Mary (Regnicki) Nederostek. She was the widow of the late Julius John Strongowski.
Elizabeth was a member of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Northampton. She worked for various textile and clothing manufacturers.
Survivors include her daughters Janette, wife of Larry Wagner and Rita M., wife of Ronald C. Deutsch, son Walter, husband to Rebecca Strongowski, 9 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Assumption BVM, 2181 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA, 18067. Her viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 21st, from 8:30am - 9:30am at the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 327 CHESTNUT STREET, COPLAY, PA 18037 successor to Robert A. Hauke. Memorial donations can be made in her name to the church.
