Obituary for Elsie V. Kroboth
Elsie V. Kroboth, 93, passed away on August 21, 2022, at Fellowship Manor. Formally of Coplay, she was the daughter of the late Martin A. Deutsch and Mary (Kroboth) Deutsch.
Elsie was a graduate of Nazareth High School and later was employed in the Garment industry.
She was a faithful member of St. Peter’s R.C. Church in Coplay where she also sang in the choir. She was a lifelong member of the Coplay Saengerbund where she was a member of the Edelweiss Choraliers. She was a long-time volunteer in Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown and was a member of the Coplay Library Board. Elsie was the most kind, compassionate, and selfless person you could meet and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters; Angela Trask and husband Steve, Barbara Marsh and husband Kerry, Eileen Henitz; brother-in-law, William Lambert; grandchildren; Catherine, Martina, Joshua, Kelly, Nicholas, and Veronica; four greatgrandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Carl F. Kroboth, and daughter Mary Louise Lambert.
A visitation will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022, from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s R.C. Church 4 S. Fifth Street, Coplay, PA. 18037. A mass of Christian burial officiated by Monsignor James will follow at 10:30 a.m. in the church. Interment will be held at St. Peter’s R.C.C. Cemetery in Whitehall.
Memorial contributions in her honor may be made to St. Peter’s R.C. Church or The Alzheimer’s Walk (act.alz.org.goto/traskangieforelsie) c/o the funeral home.
