Obituaries
Married in Scranton in 1958 and until the birth of her children, she worked as an Executive Secretary to the Vice President of Capital Records in Scranton. After moving to the Lehigh Valley she became a very active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Hokendauqua where she sang in the choir for over 30 years, served as a Deacon and was the church secretary for many years.
Surviving along with her husband is her daughter Karen E. Shedlauskas, and son James P. Shedlauskas and wife Robin, and grandsons Harry J. & Kyle A. Shedlauskas. She was preceded in death by her brother Richard.
Funeral services will be held 12:00pm Friday November 10, 2017 at the Brubaker Funeral Home, 234 Walnut Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032. Her viewing will be at the funeral home prior to the service on Friday from 10:00am – 12:00pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Hokendauqua, 3005 S. Front Street, Whitehall, PA 18052 or a charity of your choice.
