Florence Betty Jane Heiney
Florence Betty Jane Heiney, 92, of North Catasauqua, died Friday June 7, 2024, at Bethlehem Manor. She was the loving wife of David L. Heiney and would have celebrated 71 years of marriage together this September. Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Tilghman and Florence (Young) Remmel.
Betty Jane was a member of the former Grace United Methodist Church in Catasauqua. She worked in a variety of positions for the former Fuller Sportswear, before they closed. Betty Jane loved the outdoors and enjoyed spending time cooking and sharing meals with her family at their home in Promiseland.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Graveside services will be held at 11am Thursday June 13, 2024, at Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery, 3843 Lehigh St, Whitehall, PA 18052. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.brubakerfuneralhome.com. Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. of Catasauqua is honored to handle the arrangements.
