Obituary for Frank A. Hafner
Frank A. Hafner, 78, of North Coplay, passed away July 12, 2015 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. Born in Coplay, he was the son of the late Frank C. and Teresa M. Hafner. He was a layout operator for the former Lucent Technologies, Allentown for 42 years. A member of Coplay American Legion Post #426, he honorably served in the U.S. Navy. Frank was a member of the Coplay Lions Club, the Coplay Saengerbund and the American Club of Coplay. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Coplay. Survivors: Daughters, Corinne wife of Rick Mortimer of Whitehall. Brenda wife of Jay Anthony of Coplay; sons, Craig Hafner and wife Cheryl of North Carolina; Jeffrey Hafner of Yardley; 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Ann Marie wife of Glenn Becker of Coplay. He was predeceased by a sister, Teresa Lacy. Services: Viewing from 9-10:00 a.m., Friday, July 17, 2015, Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., St. Peter's Catholic Church, Coplay.
