Obituary for Frank S. Schwartz
Frank S. Schwartz, 40, of North Whitehall Township went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 6, 2010 while surrounded by his family after a yearlong battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. He was the husband to Adele (Mondjack) Schwartz. Frank and Adele celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary last October. Born in Allentown, he was the son of Frank G. Schwartz of Coplay and Jean Talbott of Bath. Frank worked as a Network Engineer for IntegraOne for over 17 years. He was a member of the Egypt Community Church. Frank was a founding member of the H.E.Y.S. Home School Group of the Lehigh Valley. He was an avid puzzle collector and builder. He had a black belt in karate and was a member of the Order of Isshinryu. He enjoyed astronomy and astrophotography and spending time in the observatory which he built. Surviving along with his wife and parents are his children, son Frank Zachary and daughter Elizabeth A. Schwartz both at home; brother Brian Schwartz and sister Anne (Schwartz) Groller. Nieces Kyla Groller and Freya Mondjack. Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday May 8 at the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 234 Walnut Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032. Call from 10:00am until 11:00am Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made payable to the family to be used towards an educational fund for their children.
