Obituary for Helen M. Betz
Helen M. Betz, 90, formerly of Coplay, passed away October 7, 2016 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was married to the late William J. Betz, Sr. Born in Stiles, she was the daughter of the late Franck Yandrasitz and the late Helen (Strasser) Yandrasitz Kluscarits and the step-daughter of the late Frank Klucsarits. She was a sewing machine operator. Helen was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and its Altar and Rosary Society. Survivors: son, William J. Betz Jr and wife Nancy; daughters, Karen A. Harding, Sharon A. Silfies and companion, Jules Fidler; grandchildren, Zachary, Mason, and Ryan Harding; brother, William Yandrasitz. She was predeceased by sisters, Mary Frisina, Rose Laubach, Hilda Rothdeutsch; brothers, Frank and John Yandrasitz. Services: Viewing from 9-10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 12, 2016, Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay followed by a Mass of Christian Burial a 10:30 a.m., St. Peter Catholic Church, 4 S. Fifth St., Coplay. Interment, St. Peter Catholic Cemetery, Whitehall.
