Obituary for Jack R. Gualano
Jack R. Gualano, age 65, died Saturday August 25, 2007 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg. He was the husband of Linda (Christine) Gualano. They were married 28 years on June 2. Born in Easton, PA he was the son of Mary (DeStefano) Gualano of Bath and the late Jacob Gualano. Jack worked for the IBM Corp. as a field engineer for 34 years before retiring in 2002. He was admired as a superior engine builder for many local racecar drivers. Jack also had a passion for computers. He found great joy in building computers for his family and friends. Jack touched many lives and will be greatly missed and long remembered. Surviving with his wife and mother are a daughter Heather Alexander wife of William Alexander of Virginia; sons Jacob and girlfriend Raneigh Rhoades of Bethlehem, Anthony and wife Heather of Allentown, Tyler at home; a sister Carolyn Kromer of Bath; seven grandchildren. There will be a calling period held at 10:30am -12pm Saturday, September 1, 2007 at the John H. Brubaker Funeral Home, 234 Walnut St. Catasauqua, 18032. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family care of Linda Gualano, 5955 Airport Rd, Allentown, 18109.
