Obituary for James A. Becker, Sr.
James A. Becker, Sr., 70, of Coplay, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2022, at his home. He was the husband of Sandra E. Becker with whom he shared 33 years of marriage prior to her passing in June.
James was retired from PPL where he was employed as a dispatcher. He loved to travel and enjoyed spending time at Seaside Beach. He enjoyed looking for sea glass. He will be fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
James will be remembered and missed by his sons; Shane J. Becker and wife Aubrey, James A. Becker, Jr. and wife Cassandra, Anthony James Becker, Sr. and wife Amy, Jeremy C. Becker and wife Amy; grandchildren; Mason, Angelina, Colton, Savannah, Melody, Jameson, Hudson, Anthony Jr., Luke, Emma, Jacob, Olivia and Sophia Becker.
Memorial services for both he and his wife Sandra will be held at 11am Saturday July 30, 2022, at Asbury United Methodist Church, 1533 Springhouse Road, Allentown, PA. 18104. There will be a time to greet the family from 10-11am in the Parlor Room at the church.
Memorial contributions in both of their memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. www.stjude.org. c/o the funeral home. Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. of Catasauqua is entrusted with arrangements.
