Obituary for James "Jim" F. Kuhl
James “Jim” Francis Kuhl, 64, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 30, 2023. Born in Huntington, New York, he was the son of the late Frank Kuhl and Anna (Kuchinsky) Kuhl.
From cross-country motorcycle rides to backyard "Sunday Fundays” and Friday nights at Pitchers, Jim could always be found with a big, genuine smile and a greeting that would make you feel like you were the most important person in the world. Jim’s passion in life was putting others first. Particularly important to Jim was the U.S. Marine Corps “Toys for Tots” program where he dedicated countless hours coordinating, planning, and partying for over a decade. Jim’s friends were his world. He loved abundantly, gave generously, and laughed at a volume that was often not appropriate for indoor spaces. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
He will be lovingly remembered by his children. Sons; Kevin Kuhl, Kyle Kuhl, Kody Kuhl and daughter, Kailey Kuhl; grandchildren, Abigail and Kaden Kuhl.
