Obituary for Jane G. Johnston
Jane G. Johnston, 94, of Allentown died Thursday October 30, 2008 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Hospice Unit, Allentown. She was the widow of the late Dr. Robert M. Johnston. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles O. and Anna (Stouppe) Graham. Jane was a long-time resident of Luther Crest where she volunteered many hours of her time. Always active in church, most recently she was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church of Allentown serving in children’s ministries. She was a former member of The Order of Eastern Star in Pittsburgh. Jane is survived by her daughter, Deborah, wife of David McCleary of Orefield and two grandsons, Christopher and Trevor. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, November 23rd at 4:30PM at Luther Crest Retirement Community 800 Hausman Road Allentown, PA 18104. Call 4:00pm until 4:30pm at Luther Crest.
