Obituary for Jean L. Quevy
Jean L. Quevy, 86 years, formerly of Coplay, passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 30th, 2018 at Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth. She was the wife of the late John P. Quevy Sr. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Rice and Helen I. Jones.
Jean had an extensive angel collection and enjoyed jewelry and dressing up.
She is survived by her children Susan, wife of Charles Jacobs, Rochelle, wife of Gary Swoyer, Elizabeth, wife of Kenneth Wechsler, Adrian Quevy and his wife Debra, Christine, wife of Peter Boyle, Rose Riddick, John Quevy Jr. and his wife Karen, and Melissa, wife of Robert Guard, 15 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, a great grandson on the way, and 2 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother Charles Roth, a sister Jerldine Jacobs, and a great grandson Anthony Schock.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11am on Tuesday June 5th, 2018 at Brubaker Funeral Home Inc. 327 Chestnut St. Coplay, PA 18037. There will be a calling period from 10-11am on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.
