Obituary for Jesse Michael Crossley
Jesse Michael Crossley, 20 years, of Catasauqua died Monday, April 14, 2014. Born in Catasauqua, he was the son of Tina M. (Saling) Crossley and Russell T. and stepmother Audra V. Crossley.
Jesse was an honor roll student and graduate of Catasauqua High School Class of 2012. He became an Eagle Scout with Troop #51 also earning the Order of the Arrow. Jesse graduated April of 2013 from the Air National Guard from San Antonio/Lackland TX. Currently he was enlisted with the 211th Engineering Installation Squadron at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA . His passions were hunting, fishing, snowboarding, hiking, and skateboarding as well as his love for country music. Jesse worked as gas/diesel attendant or fuel engineer for Haines Exxon. He was a member of St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church of North Catasauqua.
Surviving along with his parents are his sisters Kaitlynn M. and Jacqueline T. Crossley; step sisters Alexis and Gabriella Schwoyer; paternal grandparents George and Pamela Cope; along with family and friends who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Theresa and Louis Saling and Poppop Jack Crossley.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am Tuesday April 22nd, 2014 at St. Lawrence the Martyr 1001 2nd Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032. His viewing will be from 6:00pm-8:30pm Monday April 21, 2014 and again 9:00am-10:30am Tuesday April 22, 2014 at the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 234 Walnut Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Wounded Warriors and Boy Scouts of America Troop 51 in care of the funeral home.
