Obituary for Jessie Lenore Fritz
Jessie Lenore Fritz, 88, formerly of Catasauqua, died Friday, August 19th, 2005, at Holy Family Manor in Bethlehem. Born in Mountain Top, PA, she was the daughter of Charles (Cal) and Jenny (Ferguson) Moyer. Jessie was the widow of Albert (Abbey) L. Fritz. They were married for 50 years. She played basketball for Fairview High School in Luzerne County. Jessie worked for the former General Ribbon Mill in Catasauqua, the former Leh's department store in Allentown, and retired from Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown in 1981. She is survived by: Sons: Russell and Elizabeth Fritz of Pulaski, NY David and Dawn Fritz of Bath, PA 9 Grandchildren 17 Great grandchildren Jessie is predeceased by a great granddaughter, 5 sisters and 4 brothers. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, August 23, 2005 at 11AM at the John H. Brubaker Funeral Home located at 234 Walnut St. Catasauqua. There will be a calling period Monday August 22 from 7-8:30PM and Tuesday 10-11AM at the funeral home.
