Obituaries
John Edward Ball Sr. 85, of Coplay, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 3, 2025 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Orange, NJ, he was the son of the late William J. and Gilda (DiMarzo) Ball.
He was the husband of Mary Ann (Farence) Ball with whom he shared 56 years of marriage this past November.
He served honorably in the US Navy during the Peacetime Era.
John was employed by NJ Bell phone Company and retired after many years of employment. He was a kind and loving husband and father and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
John is survived by his wife Mary Ann, sons, Stephen Ball, Christopher Ball, Kevin Ball and his wife Kimberly, son in law Ronald Tuazon, brothers Robert Ball and Arthur Ball and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by son John Edward Ball, Jr., brothers William Ball and Eugene Ball and sister Wilma Santoro.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025, 1:00 p.m. at Pequest Union Cemetery, 36 Cemetery Rd., Great Meadows, NJ. 07838.
