Obituary for John P. Gaul
John P. Gaul, 68 years of age died Wednesday May 30, 2018. He was married to Margaret A. (Miner) Gaul and celebrated 46 years together this month. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late James Emery and Josephine (Muscler) Gaul.
John was a District Manager at the Morning Call for many years before retiring. He received his Associates in History at Northampton County Community College. He was involved with the YMCA Indian Guides and Boy Scout Troop 329 and enjoyed his fishing trips to Canada with his family.
Surviving along with his wife Margaret is his son Alan M. Gaul, daughter AmyJo, wife of Gene Brey; brother James Gaul; grandchildren Jack and Ross, and Devin and Colin. He was preceded in death by his sister Judy Spaar.
His viewing will be held on Monday, June 4 from 6-8:00 pm at the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 234 Walnut Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032. Memorial donations can be made in his name to the American Diabetes Foundation, P.O. Box 152829, Arlington, VA 22215 and the American Kidney Foundation, 6110 Executive Boulevard, Suite 101, Rockville, MD 20847.
