Obituary for Joseph C. Dolan, Jr.
Joseph C. Dolan, Jr. 59, of Orefield, PA. passed away on December 22, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital – Allentown Campus.
Joseph was the husband of Lisa (Farrell) Dolan with whom he celebrated 31 years of marriage this past November.
Raised in Darby, he was the son of the late Joseph C. Sr. and Domenica “Dolli” (DiFuria) Dolan.
Joseph graduated from Msgr. Bonner High School. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and was employed as a mechanical engineer for BBraun Medical for 23 years.
Joseph volunteered with community athletics where he enjoyed coaching his sons in various sports. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Surviving along with his wife Lisa are his sons, Drew Dolan and wife Amanda, Zach Dolan and wife Christine, grandchildren, Carson and Lydia, sister, Kelly A. Dolan (formerly Roache); nephews Jacob and Ian Roache and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m, Thursday December 30th, 2021, at Asbury United Methodist Church, 1533 Springhouse Road, Allentown, PA 18104. His viewing will be from 09:30 a.m.-11am Thursday in the Church Parlor prior to the service.
