Obituary for Joseph F. Pail
Joseph F. Pail, 90, of Northampton, passed away June 9, 2014 at home. He was married to the late Emma "Amy" R. (Binder) Pail. Born in Northampton, he was the son of the late John and Gisela (Bauer) Pail. He was a partner in Pail Brothers Body Shop, Northampton. A member of the Catholic War Veterans Posts #454, Northampton, he served honorably in the Army Air Force in WWII. He was a member of Queenship of Mary Catholic Church, Northampton and its Holy Name Society. Survivors: Sons,Jeffrey and his wife, Rainelle of Boyertown, Joseph and his wife, Joan of Lake Ariel, Julien and his wife, Darlene of Northampton; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Therese "Terry" Hutnick, Eleanore wife of William Scherr. He was predeceased by a son, Jayson; a grandson-Brian; a brother, John. Services: Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 14, 2014, Queenship of Mary Church, Northampton. Viewing 7 to 8:30 a.m. Friday and 9 to 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay. Interment with military honors at St. Peter's Cemetery, Whitehall. Memorial contributions: To Queenship of Mary Catholic Church or the Catasauqua Food Bank, both c/o the funeral home 18037.
