Joseph George Reeser - March 31, 1931 - May 19, 2026
Joseph George Reeser, born on March 31, 1931, was the son of the late Joseph and Matilda Reeser. He was the husband of the late Sally A. Reeser. Joseph passed away in the home of his daughter on May 19th, 2026.
Joseph was active in his church, where he was involved in many committees to benefit the church and its outreach. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, gardening, and spending time with his grandsons and great grandchildren. He worked at Bethlehem Steel Research Center for many years.
Joseph was predeceased by Sally, his wife of 66 years, his son Mark D. Reeser Sr, and his grandson Mark D Reeser Jr. He is survived by his daughter, Susan Bowser of Lovettsville, Va. In addition, he is survived by four grandsons, Jonathan Bowser, Joseph Bowser, Matthew Reeser, and Adam Bowser. He has nine great grandchildren.
There will be a memorial visitation on Friday, June 12, 2026 from 10-11 a.m. at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Walnut St., Catasauqua. A funeral service will follow in the parlor at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Schoenersville Cemetery, 2355 Grove Rd, Allentown, PA 18109.
