Obituary for Joseph J. Yurish
Joseph J. "Joe the Barber" Yurish, 77. of Northampton, passed away February 21, 2016 at St. Luke's University Hospital, Fountain Hill. Born in Coplay, he was the son of the late Joseph W. and Mary V. (Martinjack) Yurish. He was the proprietor of Joe's Barber Shop, Northampton for 50 years. He was of the Catholic faith. He was a life member of several area clubs and fire companies Survivors: Lifelong companion and fianc�e, Sara Jane Krex of Slatington; daughter, Karen M. wife of Marvin Murphy of Whitehall; brother, John "Jake" Yurish of Northampton; granddaughters, Megan and Melanie Murphy; niece, Ann Marie Surovy' great-nephew. Jospeh. Services: Viewing from 9-11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 25, 2016, Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Edwin V.
