Obituary for Judith C. Kubinsky
Judith C. Kubinsky, 74, loving wife, mother, nana, and sister passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Born in Allentown, PA., she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Martha (Roth) Krause.

Judith was a graduate of East Stroudsburg College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. Judith was employed at GREIF in the accounting department and then for American Express where she retired. She was a member of St. John Fisher and the former St. Lawrence Martyr Church in Catasauqua.

Judith was an avid bowler and had many hobbies. She loved to walk, aqua aerobics at York J.C.C., crossword puzzles, as well as reading and board games. Above all, she cherished spending time with her grandchildren. She will always be loved, fondly remembered, and greatly missed by all whose lives she touched.

Judith is survived by son Edward S. Kubinsky Jr. and wife Andrea, daughter Laurie S. (Kubinsky) Mink and husband Albert, granddaughter Ruth Kubinsky and grandsons Josh Kubinsky and Stanley Edward Mink. Judith is also survived by her brother Richard Stoudt, sister in laws; Kathy Kubinsky and Nancy Altenbach and her husband Jim. She was predeceased by her husband Edward S. Kubinsky Sr., sister-in-law, Rose Ann Stoudt, and brother-in-law Michael Kubinsky.

A viewing will be held from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Sunday evening March 14th, 2021 at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. of Coplay 327 Chestnut Street Coplay, PA. 18037 and 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 15th St. John Fisher Church. A traditional Roman Catholic Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 15th at 11:00am in St. John Fisher Church located at 1239 3rd St, Catasauqua, PA.

Due to current restrictions, we ask that all attendees wear a face mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Memorial contributions in her honor may be made to Animals in Distress 5775 Limeport Pike, Coopersburg, PA. 18036.
