Obituary for Karen L. Faust
Karen L. Faust, 75, of Allentown, formerly of Catasauqua, passed away on November 8, 2023 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest.
Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Howard P. Newhard and Mable Dorothy (Oswald) Newhard.
She was the loving wife of the late Floyd A. Faust with whom she shared 51 years of marriage prior to his passing in June 2018.
Karen was a longtime member of Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church in Catasauqua and a 1966 graduate of Catasauqua High School.
She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Eric J. Faust and wife Danielle and Brian J. Faust; brothers, Douglas Newhard and wife Diane, Tom Newhard and wife Connie; sisters, Pat Palencar, Joan Herman and husband George Joyce, Betty Knauss and husband Fred, grandchildren; Lauren, Justin, Brandon and Marissa. She was predeceased by her brother Howard and sisters; Dolores Herman and Brenda Humanick.
There will be a visitation on Monday, November 13, 2023 from 10-11a.m. at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Walnut Street, Catasauqua, PA.18032. Funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. in the parlor. Interment to follow at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Allentown.
