Obituary for Kenneth W. Diefenderfer
Kenneth W. Diefenderfer, 71 years of Catasauqua died Friday April 11, 2014 in his residence. He was the husband of Sandra M. (Mauger) Diefenderfer for over 40 years. Born in Bethlehem he was the son of the late Walter Diefenderfer and Edith Diefenderfer Skinner.
Kenneth was employed at the Bethlehem Steel Corp. as an electrician for 33 years before retiring. He was a lifetime member of the Tri-Boro Sportsmen Club and a member of the Keystone Rod and Gun Club. He was of the Moravian faith.
Surviving with his wife is son Mark Diefenderfer husband of Tiffany Kida of Catasauqua, 5 brothers and 1 sister. He was preceded in death by a sister.
Funeral services will be held 7:00pm Tuesday April 15th in the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 234 Walnut Street Catasauqua. His viewing will be 6:00pm until 7:00pm in the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.brubakerfuneralhome.com.
