Obituary for Kermit D. Hahn
Kermit D. Hahn, 66, of Northampton, passed away February 8, 2016 at home surrounded by family and friends. He was married to Rosemarie (Sawka) Hahn for 31 years. Born in Danielsville, he was the son of the late Kermit E. and Jean J. (Christman) Hahn. A graduate of the Lincoln Technical Institute for Auto CAD, he was a supervisor at the former Cross Country, Clothes, Northampton. He avid golfer and bowler at the Slate Bowl, Bath American Legion and the Hungarian Club. Kermit was a former member of the Danielsville Democratic Club. He never met a person he did not like and he would talk your ear off. His favorite thing was dancing with his honey. Survivors: Wife, daughters, Jennifer of Boca Raton, FL, Gina wife of Ryan Kor of Easton; sons, James Greener of Denver, CO, Shawn Michael and wife Allison of Georgetown, SC, Jonathan Hahn and wife Andrea of Easton; 7 grandchildren; sister, Bonnie wife of Robert Shaw of Lancaster; brothers, Jeffrey Hahn and wife Kathy of Slatington, Gary Hahn and wife Cathy of Walnutport. He was predeceased by sisters, Sharon Holland and Irene Kilpatrick, a brother, Rodger Hahn. Services: Friends and family may call 10-11:30 a.m., Saturday, February 13, Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay, followed by a service at 11:30 a.m., with Chaplin Judith Coleman Sheriff, officiating.
