Kerry A. Huber, Sr., 77, of Coplay, passed away on January 1, 2023, surrounded by his family at Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest. He was the beloved husband of 57 years to Rose (Klepeiss) Huber. Born in Northampton, he was the son of the late Alfred and May (Keefer) Huber.
Kerry worked as a truck driver at Ward Trucking for many years before his retirement. He was a member of the Teamsters Union and American Club, and the West Coplay Maennerchor. Kerry was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He was also a fan of Elvis and country music. Above all, he was a devoted husband, loving father, and grandfather. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his loving wife, Rose, he is survived by children, Kerry A. Huber, Jr. and wife Denise of Northampton, Gina M., wife of Tim Berner of Whitehall, and Mark C. Huber and Carrie of Allentown; grandchildren, Andrew, Kyle, Zachary, and Emma; two sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by son, Michael.
A funeral service will be held at 9:30 AM on Friday, January 6, 2023, at Brubaker Funeral Home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay, PA 18037. A viewing will be held from 8:30-9:30 AM in the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery in Whitehall. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to an animal shelter of choice.
