Obituary for Lois A. Hochstrasser
Lois A. Hochstrasser, 91, of North Catasauqua, died with family by her side, Sunday September 17, 2023, at her residence. She was the wife of the late Charles Hochstrasser. Born in Montville, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Helen (Robinson) Peer.
Lois was a former member of Salem United Church of Christ in Catasauqua. She was the dispatcher for the Catasauqua Ambulance Corps, serving for over 15 years. Lois loved sewing and embroidery. She also enjoyed her years living in West Virginia.
Surviving are her children, daughters Marie Seibert and husband Ken, Diane Ludwig; sons Robert G. Kostka and wife Gale Rinker and Carl A. Hochstrasser and wife Lisa; brother, Arthur Peer; 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter Clara and brother Ernest.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
