Born in Williamstown, PA. on December 11, 1935. She was the daughter of the late Helen Klinger.
Madeline was a Secretary for The American Lung Association and Bearings Inc. for several years prior to her retirement.
She was a long-standing member of Rosemont Lutheran Church in Bethlehem, PA. Madeline enjoyed being a homemaker, baking, ceramics, cross stitching and spending time with her granddaughters.
Madeline will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Surviving are, granddaughters; Laura Hafner of Northampton, PA., Christine Deily of Wilmington, NC, Meredith Deily Perryman of Wilmington, NC and Stephanie Deily of Wilmington, NC.; son in laws; Robert Hafner of Catasauqua, PA., Gary Deily of Wilmington, NC. She was predeceased by both daughters; Brenda Koppenhaver Hafner at age 30 and Barbara Koppenhaver Deily at age 43 and two stepbrothers.
A calling period will be held on Thursday, May 26, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. of Catasauqua 234 Walnut Street, Catasauqua, PA. 18032. Funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment to follow at Cedar Hill Memorial Park 1700 Airport Road, Allentown, PA. 18109.
