Obituary for Marcelle Marie Timpko
Marcelle Marie (Allison) Timpko, 88, a resident of Egypt for over 40 years, passed away on March 10, 2021, at the Country Meadows Retirement Community in Allentown. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles M. Timpko, Jr. They were married for over 45 years before his passing in July of 2000. Born in Boothbay Harbor, ME, she was daughter of the late William Clare Allison III and Catherine (Keenan) Butterly.
Marcelle was a 1950 graduate of Little Flower Catholic High School in Philadelphia and a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Egypt.
She loved traveling throughout the world, pampering her pugs, and was very active in her local church.
She is survived by son, Charles M. Timpko, III and wife, Denise of Broadlands, VA; daughter, Alicia V. Meitzler of Allentown, grandson Michael Meitzler, and brother William Allison IV of Naples, FL.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
