Obituary for Margaret A. Labanoski
Margaret “Peg” A. Labanoski, 74, of Whitehall, passed away on August 9th, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest Campus. A current resident of Fellowship Manor and a lifelong resident of Whitehall, she was the daughter of the late Frank J. Soldridge, II and Jospehine A. (Uhnak) Soldridge.
Margaret was a 1966 graduate of Whitehall High School and went on to work for Lucent Technologies for over 35 years before her retirement. She was a lifetime member of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church of Stiles. Above all, Margaret loved her family. She was a caring mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Eric Schrayer and wife, Carol; grandchildren, Anthony and Emma Schrayer; sister, Lousie Minnich and companion, Larry Bennage; brothers, Frank J. Soldrige, III; Barry Soldridge and wife, Donna, and Tom Soldridge.
There will be a celebration of her life on Saturday August 13, 2022, at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., 327 Chestnut St., Coplay, PA 18037. The family will receive friends from 10 AM – 12 PM. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Contributions may be made to the Whitehall VFW or the Breast Cancer Society c/o the funeral home. Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. of Coplay is entrusted with the arrangements.
