Obituary for Margaret L. "Peg" Hemler
Margaret L. “Peg” Hemler, 78, of south Catasauqua, died Sunday January 27, 2008 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown. She was the wife of Ronald D. Hemler of south Catasauqua and celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary this past December. Born in Catasauqua, she was the daughter of the late John T. and Anna B. (Seiranko) Kovach. Peg was a member of St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church in North Catasauqua and a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. She was also a long time member of the American Legion Post #215 in Catasauqua where she enjoyed bowling. Surviving with her husband are a daughter Barbara A. and her husband Michael Heisey of Quakertown; son Timothy M. and his wife Lynette of Concord, N.C.; grandchildren Quinn, Lauren and Drew. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am Wednesday January 30th, 2008 at St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church, 1001 2nd Street, North Catasauqua, 18032. Call from 7-8:30pm Tuesday January 29th and 9:30-10:30am Wednesday at the John H. Brubaker Funeral Home, 234 Walnut St. Catasauqua, 18032.
