Obituary for Marian E. Moyer
Marian E. Moyer 89 years formerly of Whitehall died Thursday November 24, 2005 in Lehigh Center, Macungie. She was the wife of the late Arthur R. Moyer Sr. Born in Catasauqua she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Emma (Eberhart) Horne. She was a member of Salem United Church of Christ of Catasauqua where she was a past sunday school teacher and a had served as a Stewardship Chairman of the Regional Guild. A graduate of Moravian College class of 1938 she had worked as an Elementary School Librarian for the Easton School District from 1961 until 1981 before retiring. Surviving is a son Arthur R. Moyer Jr and his wife Jean of Schnecksville. Stepbrother - Charles Faust Seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Sandra Druckenmiller. Memorial services will be Tuesday at 1:00 PM in the Salem United Church of Christ, Catasauqua. Call 12:30 PM until 1:00 PM in the church. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society 3893 Adler Place Bethlehem, PA. The John H. Brubaker Funeral Home of Catasauqua is in charge of arrangements.
